Valeriya Hjertenæs is a PhD researcher, international keynote speaker, and founder of The 5E Enablers Method™ — a leadership framework helping organizations turn neurodiversity and sustainability into real performance. Originally from Ukraine and now based in Norway, her journey of overcoming severe OCD, adopting two children from Ukraine, and founding the Winds of Hope Charitable Foundation fuels the transformative work she brings to organizations worldwide. With two Master's degrees, more than 15 years of cross-cultural leadership experience, and research at Norwegian University of Science and Technology linking diversity management to sustainability outcomes, Valeriya is living proof that a mind that works differently can become an extraordinary force for change.
